The fifth of 5 evening talks from DCYC Junior Mixed Camp 2011 on some of the parables of Jesus.  The stupid bridesmaids (Matthew 25:1-13) - A relationship with God is an urgent matter of life or death!  Time is running out.  We need to be ready to meet God and we need to get others ready too!  The actual talk is about 24 minutes but I've included the response time where a bunch of people decided to follow Jesus and many more shared decisions about how they're going to live for God.

The fourth of 5 evening talks from DCYC Junior Mixed Camp 2011 on some of the parables of Jesus.  The hidden treasure (Matthew 13:44-46) - Us being in God’s family is the most valuable thing in the universe.  It’s precious to God but how precious is it to us?

The third of 5 evening talks from DCYC Junior Mixed Camp 2011 on some of the parables of Jesus wasn't recorded so I've re-posted a talk from another time which is basically the same. The 2 lost sons (Luke 15:11-32) - Jesus says that no-one’s too bad for God or too good for God.  No matter how good or bad we think we are, Jesus says we all need to come back to God or we’ll be lost.

The second of 5 evening talks from DCYC Junior Mixed Camp 2011 on some of the parables of Jesus. The good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37) - God’s love goes way beyond what we can imagine. We can’t love like he does.  Jesus is hinting that we need something far more radical than our own ‘good’ deeds if we’re to have any hope of life now or forever.
